Zeyad Y. AlSalloum
Zeyad’s experience cuts across different practice areas and includes advising private sector and government clients in relation to large, complex, and high-profile transactional and regulatory projects across different sectors including, investment and financial regulations, housing sector, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure projects and energy and petrochemicals projects.

Ruba Alharthi
Ruba has extensive experience advising on high-value project development and finance transactions. She has acted for government entities, private procurers, financial institutions and sponsors across sectors including infrastructure, energy, petrochemicals and transportation.

Liaan Alfayadh

Rilwan Shittu
Rilwan is a corporate, finance and capital markets Associate at the firm. He has experience advising on finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions across various industries. He has also provided legal and commerical advisory support to corporates, individuals and government entities across Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Prior to joining STAT he was an Associate in the Finance group at the London office of a leading international law firm where he advised corporate issuers and financial institutions in connection with Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings, private placement transactions and U.S. SEC-registered offerings.
Rilwan also worked briefly with the Legal Operations and Policy Group at the World Bank as a Legal Consultant.
Abdullah Alkhomshi
Abdullah is an associate specializing in investment funds, joint ventures, employment, corporate, governance and compliance, and regulatory matters.
Abdullah works closely with Capital Market Institutions in establishing and managing investment funds, and counsels governmental entities on drafting regulations, and governance and compliance matters. He also has extensive experience in labor restructuring and real estate disputes.
Abdullah holds an LLB from King Saud University.

Abdullah is an Associate specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions. He advises governmental entities, as well as Saudi and international corporations, on a wide range of legal matters.
He has represented companies licensed by the Capital Market Authority and the Insurance Authority on various corporate governance and general corporate issues.
Prior to joining STAT, Abdullah worked at a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary, where he advised on legal governance, board affairs, aviation law, and corporate and labor matters.
