Ibrahim Alshinifi
Ibrahim, a trainee associate, advises both Saudi and international clients on a wide range of matters. His experience includes corporate transactions, company incorporations, and corporate governance for government-owned companies.
His practice primarily focuses on Joint Ventures, Commercial Agreements, Investment Funds, and corporate restructuring. He provides essential support on general corporate matters and foreign investment, contributing to key transactions at STAT.
Faris Alsubaie
Faris, a trainee associate, advises Saudi and international clients on a wide range of matters, including government advisory, corporate, and dispute resolution. He benchmarks international best practices and analyzes litigation and arbitration matters.
He drafts bilingual pleadings, contracts, memoranda of understanding, and corporate policies and manuals. Fluent in Arabic and English, he provides crucial support at STAT and is currently training to qualify as a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
Rania Al Oufi
Rania, a trainee associate specializing in corporate and capital markets matters, brings experience in legal due diligence, prospectus drafting, and IPO-related documentation in corporate and capital markets transactions with a particular focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
She contributes to the review of material agreements, regulatory compliance analysis, and transaction-related documentation across corporate and capital markets mandates, supporting the team on a wide range of transactional matters.
