Prior to joining STAT, Faisal worked at a local law firm advising on corporate and labor law. His expertise includes counseling Saudi and international clients on complex transactions and employment-related issues.


Mosab Almoqbel

Mosab, an associate specializing in corporate matters, advises on M&A, joint ventures, and foreign investment. He also handles public sector projects by advising government entities, including structuring and drafting regulations, policies, and contracts.

His expertise extends to corporate governance and complex transactional law, providing comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse range of clients. Mosab is a qualified lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.


Abdullatif Alharbi

Abdullatif, an associate specializing in banking law and debt capital markets, is a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia, admitted by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.

He previously served at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), where he advised on regulatory matters within the banking sector. Prior to joining SAMA, Abdullatif advised corporate and governmental clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate finance, real estate finance, investment-grade lending, and Sukuk issuances.


Noura Al Luhaidan

Noura, an associate in the Capital Markets practice, specializes in equity capital markets transactions. She supports issuers across different industries, ensuring compliance with applicable securities regulations and alignment with clients’ strategic objectives.

Prior to joining STAT, she gained valuable experience interning in the public sector. This background provides her with a unique perspective on regulatory frameworks, enhancing her advisory capabilities on complex capital market transactions.


Khalid Alsaeed

Khalid, an associate in the Capital Markets team, provides legal support in capital market transactions, including IPOs. He has developed expertise in capital markets, foreign direct investment, and corporate legal matters, and is skilled in drafting legislation and legal documents.

He advises local and foreign companies on matters related to the Companies Law, labor, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia. He also has experience drafting legal memoranda.
