Nora Alouda

Nora is an associate in our Capital Markets and Corporate practices. She advises Saudi and international clients on broad array of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPO) on the Main Market and Parallel Market, rights issues and direct listings. Nora’s broad industry experience includes the oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, power, F&B and agriculture sectors.

Nora also regularly advices publicly traded companies on general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance issues, reporting obligations, and Stock Exchange and Capital Market Authority rules and regulations.


Reem Alomran

Reem has a sound experience in Saudi Arabia and advises clients regularly in key business sectors including Commercial Law, Labor Law, government procurement and competition laws, Bankruptcy Law and other basic Laws and Regulations enforced in the Kingdom.

Reem has an extensive experience in compliance matters, corporate governance, and setting the Legal Framework for government entities, starting from providing the legal support to set their organizational structure, DOA Matrix and establishing the core processes and procedures in a manner that is aligned with Saudi Laws and Regulations and best practices.

Also, Reem participated in structuring, drafting and amending of various Laws and Regulations and policies in different sectors and government entities in the Kingdom.


Faisal Alfuraih

Faisal is a corporate and capital markets associate. Faisal advises Saudi and international clients on corporate M&A, corporate restructuring and joint ventures, in addition to advising fund managers on the structuring, establishment and operation of public and private investment funds.


Momina Iftikhar

Momina is an associate on our Mergers and Acquisitions Team. Momina has extensive experience working with the leading, internationally-ranked law firms in Pakistan where she has worked extensively with international clients. Momina's experience includes full-spectrum corporate advisory work, including transactional matters, regulatory compliance, the foreign investment regime and mergers and acquisitions.


Rema Almadhi

Reema has an experience in the Capital Market transactions and deals with all issues related to the Saudi Capital Markets Law and its implementing regulations. Reema’s experience includes preparing prospectuses and legal due diligence reports. Also, conducting legal research by utilizing various resources.


Omar Alsuwedani

Omar, an associate specializing in regulatory matters, previously served as a Legislation & Regulations Specialist. In this capacity, he was responsible for drafting laws and regulations, including the Space law and its explanatory note, along with implementing regulations for the Telecommunication and Technology Law. Omar provided advisory support and represented the organization in various meetings and committees, including those within the Bureau of Experts in the Council of Ministers and other governmental entities.

Additionally, during his tenure as a Legal Researcher, Omar contributed to the drafting of the Energy Supply Law and the revision and amendment of multiple laws and regulations within the energy sector. He also represented the organization in meetings and committees held within the Bureau of Experts in the Council of Ministers and other governmental entities.


Liaan Alfayadh

Liaan has an experience in advising government entitles, government-owned companies and private sector entities on their internal, legal, and governance matters including the implementation of both internal regulations and legislations.

Liaan’s work also include advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including drafting different forms of contractual agreements.


Reem Almeshari

Reem is an associate that assists Saudi and international clients on Equity Capital Markets transactions including direct listings, initial public offerings, and other securities offerings. Reem's experience also includes advising procurers, lenders, sponsors and the government in relation to project finance transactions.


Naif Alharbi

Naif is a Banking and Finance Associate specializing in Banking and Finance matters including Project Finance, Sukuk, and both Conventional and Islamic Finance.

Naif is a licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice and a qualified lawyer by the Saudi Bar Association who holds an LLB from the King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah and an LLM in Banking & Financial Law from Boston University, Boston, MA.


Aljoharah Altuwaijri

Aljoharah is an Associate in the capital markets practice, she assists issuers on equity capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), on the main and parallel market, by conducting legal due diligence exercises and drafting bilingual prospectuses, in both English and Arabic.

Aljoharah obtained her Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Prince Sultan University with honors. She is currently training to become a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
