Omar Alsuwedani
Omar, an associate specializing in regulatory matters, previously served as a Legislation & Regulations Specialist. In this capacity, he was responsible for drafting laws and regulations, including the Space law and its explanatory note, along with implementing regulations for the Telecommunication and Technology Law. Omar provided advisory support and represented the organization in various meetings and committees, including those within the Bureau of Experts in the Council of Ministers and other governmental entities.
Additionally, during his tenure as a Legal Researcher, Omar contributed to the drafting of the Energy Supply Law and the revision and amendment of multiple laws and regulations within the energy sector.
