Momina has extensive experience working with the leading, internationally-ranked law firms in Pakistan where she has worked extensively with international clients. Momina's experience includes full-spectrum corporate advisory work, including transactional matters, regulatory compliance, the foreign investment regime and mergers and acquisitions.


Omar Alsuwedani

Omar, an associate specializing in regulatory matters, previously served as a Legislation & Regulations Specialist. In this capacity, he was responsible for drafting laws and regulations, including the Space law and its explanatory note, along with implementing regulations for the Telecommunication and Technology Law. Omar provided advisory support and represented the organization in various meetings and committees, including those within the Bureau of Experts in the Council of Ministers and other governmental entities.

Additionally, during his tenure as a Legal Researcher, Omar contributed to the drafting of the Energy Supply Law and the revision and amendment of multiple laws and regulations within the energy sector. He also represented the organization in meetings and committees held within the Bureau of Experts in the Council of Ministers and other governmental entities.


Rema Almadhi

Reema has an experience in the Capital Market transactions and deals with all issues related to the Saudi Capital Markets Law and its implementing regulations. Reema’s experience includes preparing prospectuses and legal due diligence reports. Also, conducting legal research by utilizing various resources.


Liaan Alfayadh

Liaan has an experience in advising government entitles, government-owned companies and private sector entities on their internal, legal, and governance matters including the implementation of both internal regulations and legislations.

Liaan’s work also include advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including drafting different forms of contractual agreements.


Ibrahim Almegren

Ibrahim is an associate in our Corporate practice, advising Saudi and international clients on a broad range of matters, such as corporate transactions, company incorporation, general corporate, and Employment matters.

Moreover, Ibrahim provides counsel to Capital Market Authority (CMA) licensed financial institutions and Insurance Authority (IA) licensed companies on their licensing, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.


Tara Alsaad

Tara is an associate in our corporate and M&A team. Tara has extensive experience advising international clients on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Tara also has experience in project finance and aviation financing.


Suhaib Nasreldin

Suhaib is an Associate specializing in Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory matters. Working closely with the Partners, Suhaib assists both Saudi and international clients, offering advice in complex transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Foreign Investment, Corporate Governance, and Complex Commercial Contracts related matters.


Shoug AlShaiban

Shoug is a driven Associate in our Equity Capital Markets Practice, focusing on Initial Public Offering of both Main and Parallel Markets. Shoug has experience in assisting clients to facilitate the process of an IPO and ensures outstanding quality work in Legal Due Diligence Reports and Prospectuses.


Aljoharah Altuwaijri

Aljoharah is an Associate in the capital markets practice, she assists issuers on equity capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), on the main and parallel market, by conducting legal due diligence exercises and drafting bilingual prospectuses, in both English and Arabic.

Aljoharah is currently training to become a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.


Rilwan Shittu

Rilwan is a corporate, finance and capital markets Associate at the firm. He has experience advising on finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions across various industries. He has also provided legal and commerical advisory support to corporates, individuals and government entities across Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Prior to joining STAT he was an Associate in the Finance group at the London office of a leading international law firm where he advised corporate issuers and financial institutions in connection with Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings, private placement transactions and U.S. SEC-registered offerings.

Rilwan also worked briefly with the Legal Operations and Policy Group at the World Bank as a Legal Consultant.

Her expertise spans multiple sectors, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabia's evolving legal and regulatory landscape, particularly in relation to Capital Market Authority regulations and listing requirements. Her track record includes advising on high-profile capital market transactions and complex regulatory matters.


Abdullah Alkhomshi

Abdullah is an associate specializing in investment funds, joint ventures, employment, corporate, governance and compliance, and regulatory matters.

Abdullah works closely with Capital Market Institutions in establishing and managing investment funds, and counsels governmental entities on drafting regulations, and governance and compliance matters. He also has extensive experience in labor restructuring and real estate disputes.

Abdullah holds an LLB from King Saud University.
