Mishari A. S. Alabbad

Mishari is a partner in the capital markets and real estate practice. Mishari is now considered one of the leading Saudi legal advisors in the real estate and real estate investment funds practice areas. He has ample experience in the areas of corporate/M&A. 

Previously, Mishari was a legal adviser at the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia, during which time he advised on various matters under the CMA regulations. Mishari has also worked as a senior associate at a leading US law firm.


Yazeed Altoaimi

Yazeed has extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and advises clients regularly in complex cross-border and domestic public and private projects and transactions. Yazeed is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.

Yazeed works closely with government stakeholders on various National Transformation Program initiatives and 2030 Vision projects, including the structuring and drafting of a number of regulations and policies.

Yazeed’s experience also includes privatization, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and Capital Markets matters as well as commercial disputes.


Robert Vydra

Robert Vydra is a partner in our Saudi Arabian Capital Markets practice. He has been practising in Saudi Arabia since 2007 and has worked on several dozen public and private offerings of securities. Many of the IPOs and other offerings on which Robert has worked rank among the largest and most high-profile securities offerings in the Saudi market.

Robert regularly provides advice on innovative and “first-ever” deals, such as the first Rule 144A securities offering out of Saudi Arabia, the first securities offering out of the GCC qualifying as Lower Tier II capital for regulatory purposes or the first public takeover transaction in Saudi Arabia.

Raneem Alsuhaibani

Raneem, a counsel in our Regulatory & Government Advisory practice, with over a decade of experience in Saudi Arabia advising government entities, government-related enterprises, and Saudi and international companies on regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters.

She advises government entities on matters central to their mandates, including the design of regulatory frameworks, legislative drafting, sector-wide governance reforms, and the implementation of national strategies and transformation initiatives. Her work often involves close coordination with senior government stakeholders and policymaking bodies.

Alongside her public sector practice, Raneem advises Saudi and international clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters across the full business lifecycle. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. She also advises on investment into Saudi Arabia, including market entry and commercial frameworks such as franchise and commercial agency arrangements.


Momina Iftikhar

Momina, an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice, has extensive experience from leading, internationally-ranked law firms in Pakistan. She has worked extensively with international clients on a wide range of corporate matters.

Her experience includes full-spectrum corporate advisory work, including transactional matters, regulatory compliance, the foreign investment regime, and M&A. She brings this global perspective and expertise to her work at STAT.


Mosab Almoqbel

Mosab, an associate specializing in corporate matters, advises on M&A, joint ventures, and foreign investment. He also handles public sector projects by advising government entities, including structuring and drafting regulations, policies, and contracts.

Abdullah Alquhidan

Abdullah, an associate specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, advises on corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. He represents governmental entities and corporations, including those licensed by the Capital Market Authority and the Insurance Authority, on a range of corporate issues.

Prior to joining STAT, he worked at a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary, advising on legal governance, board affairs, and aviation law. Abdullah is a qualified lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.
