Yazeed Altoaimi
Yazeed has extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and advises clients regularly in complex cross-border and domestic public and private projects and transactions. Yazeed is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.
Yazeed works closely with government stakeholders on various National Transformation Program initiatives and 2030 Vision projects, including the structuring and drafting of a number of regulations and policies.
Yazeed’s experience also includes privatization, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and Capital Markets matters as well as commercial disputes.
Saad Binshalhoub
Saad, a trainee associate, brings valuable experience in client engagement and secondments. He actively contributes to regulatory advisory initiatives, working alongside Government entities and government-owned companies, on significant projects pertaining to authority overlaps, utilizing government assets, and potential transactions.
Additionally, Saad provides assistance in corporate governance, corporate transactions, commercial matters, dispute resolution, risk, and compliance. He has developed expertise in drafting internal policies, companies constitutional documents, authority matrices, drafting/amending contracts & agreements, and composing formal correspondence.
