He actively contributes to regulatory advisory initiatives, working alongside Government entities and government-owned companies, on significant projects pertaining to authority overlaps, utilizing government assets, and potential transactions.

Additionally, Saad provides assistance in corporate governance, corporate transactions, commercial matters, dispute resolution, risk, and compliance. He has developed expertise in drafting internal policies, companies constitutional documents, authority matrices, drafting/amending contracts & agreements, and composing formal correspondence.
