Ibrahim Alshinifi

Ibrahim, a trainee associate, advises both Saudi and international clients on a wide range of matters. His experience includes corporate transactions, company incorporations, and corporate governance for government-owned companies.

His practice primarily focuses on Joint Ventures, Commercial Agreements, Investment Funds, and corporate restructuring. He provides essential support on general corporate matters and foreign investment, contributing to key transactions at STAT.


Faris Alsubaie

He drafts bilingual pleadings, contracts, memoranda of understanding, and corporate policies and manuals. Fluent in Arabic and English, he provides crucial support at STAT and is currently training to qualify as a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.

Her role includes conducting due diligence, drafting key legal documents, and ensuring compliance with Capital Market Authority regulations. She provides essential support to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process for clients.


Reem Al Mushawah

Reem, a trainee associate in the Capital Markets practice, focuses on initial public offerings (IPOs). Her primary responsibilities include drafting and reviewing prospectuses and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for listing companies.

She provides essential support to the team throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements. Her work is integral to guiding clients through the complexities of the IPO process.


Alya Alasheikh

Abdulaziz Alidrisi

Abdulaziz, a trainee associate specializing in capital markets, brings experience in IPOs, compliance with Capital Market Authority regulations, and familiarity with M&A and corporate governance principles.

He supports issuers through offering transactions, from preparing the necessary regulatory requirements and compliance obligations through completing all required regulatory procedures, with a solid understanding of the Capital Market Authority's regulatory framework, and he holds professional certifications in capital market regulations.


Saud Almazyad

Saud, a trainee associate in commercial disputes, supports legal research and advisory matters across construction, corporate, real estate, securities, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining STAT, he gained experience with international law firms, assisting on complex disputes and regulatory matters.

His role includes conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, reviewing legal documents, and supporting case teams in both Arabic and English. He also gained exposure to corporate matters, including Saudi companies and foreign investment regulations.
