Reema has an experience in the Capital Market transactions and deals with all issues related to the Saudi Capital Markets Law and its implementing regulations. Reema’s experience includes preparing prospectuses and legal due diligence reports. Also, conducting legal research by utilizing various resources.
Layan Awadh
Layan has experience in both Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, in Equity Capital Markets practice in Saudi Arabia and International Banking law.
Layan works on drafting Prospectuses and Legal Due Diligence reports and advising our clients on the application and implementation of the Capital Markets Authority regulations.
Layan’s experience also includes international vendor contracts, Islamic and International banking and finance, and compliance management.
Reema Aldawood
Reema is a trainee associate who works on a variety of banking matters and financial transactions.
She has assisted in representing lenders and borrowers on conventional Islamic financings and related areas, including general lending, project finance, and real estate finance.
Reema speaks both English and Arabic with fluency and is able to draft and negotiate legal documents in both languages.
Abdullah Alomar
Abdullah has recently graduated top of his batch in Prince Sultan University where he conducted his Co-Op at STAT and showcased his practical skills as an up-and-coming lawyer.
Abdullah works closely with partners and associates that possess extensive experience in Saudi Arabia, which includes advising private sector, public sector and governmental clients in relation to large, complex, and high – profile transactions and projects.
Abdullah’s qualities, attitude and willingness to learn ensures his continuous improvement. His aim is to become a licensed lawyer which possesses exceptional skills and expertise in the private, public, and governmental sector.
Liaan Alfayadh
Liaan has an experience in advising government entitles, government-owned companies and private sector entities on their internal, legal, and governance matters including the implementation of both internal regulations and legislations.
Liaan’s work also include advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including drafting different forms of contractual agreements.
Abdullah Alquhidan
Abdullah is a Trainee associate. He works on several corporate matters and commercial transactions, including corporate governance, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining STAT, Abdullah worked in one of PIF subsidiaries where he had experience in legal governance & compliance, Board of Directors affaires, Aviation laws, and corporate and labor matters advisory.
Yousef Daoud
Yousef is a fresh graduate who is experienced in Capital Markets and Corporate matters. Working closely with partners and experienced associates, Yousef’s practice focuses on advising issuers on Equity Capital Markets transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs), direct listings, and other securities offerings. On the corporate side, Yousef has assisted in advising clients on several governance and compliance matters.
Aiming to become a licensed lawyer, Yousef is continuously improving in Capital Markets and Corporate practices which include various complex and high-profile transactions.
