Sultan is a Trainee Associate in our Banking & Finance department, with exposure to Islamic Finance, Project Finance and Sukuk tasks while honing his skills in the field. Sultan leverages his prior experience at a government fund to assist with various banking and financial tasks.
Abdullah Al Rabiah
Abdullah, currently a trainee lawyer, focuses on Banking and Finance, with exposure to Project Finance and Islamic Finance. With two years of hands-on experience in a law firm, Abdullah brings extensive knowledge of legal principles and a profound understanding of the nuances of commercial and financial law to his work.
Khalid Alsaeed
Khalid Alsaeed is a trainee lawyer in the Capital Markets team, where he provides legal support in capital market transactions, including initial public offerings. Through diverse practical experience across various legal environments, he has developed expertise in capital markets, foreign direct investment, and corporate legal matters.
He also advises local and foreign companies on a range of legal matters related to the Companies Law, labor and employment, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia. In addition, he has experience in regulatory matters, and is skilled in drafting legislation, legal memoranda, and documents in both Arabic and English.
Noura Al Luhaidan
Noura is a trainee associate in the Capital Markets practice. Prior to joining STAT, she interned in the public sector.
Noura supports issuers across different industries in equity capital markets transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable securities regulations and alignment with clients’ objectives.
Ibrahim Alshinifi
Ibrahim is a Trainee Associate, advising both Saudi and international clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate transactions, company incorporations, and corporate governance for government-owned companies.
Ibrahim practice primarily focuses on Joint Ventures, Commercial Agreements, Investment funds, corporate restructuring, general corporate matters, and foreign investment.
Faris Alsubaie
Faris Alsubaie is a Trainee Associate advising Saudi and international clients on a wide range of matters, including government advisory, corporate, and dispute resolution.
He benchmarks international best practices, analyzes litigation and arbitration matters, and drafts bilingual pleadings, contracts, memoranda of understanding, and corporate policies and manuals. He is fluent in Arabic and English and is currently training to qualify as a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
Abeer Althobaity
Abeer is a trainee associate in our Equity Capital Markets Practice, supporting issuers in equity capital markets transactions and assisting clients throughout the IPO process.
Reem Al Mushawah
Reem is a trainee associate in our Capital Markets practice, focusing on initial public offerings (IPOs) by drafting and reviewing prospectuses, conducting legal due diligence and providing support to the team.
Alya Alasheikh
Alya is a Trainee Associate at STAT, focusing on capital markets and securities offerings. She assists in drafting and reviewing bilingual (Arabic and English) prospectuses, shareholder circulars, and other disclosure documents in compliance with CMA regulations and Listing Rules.
Her work supports IPO and rights issue transactions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Alya holds an LLB from Prince Sultan University, Riyadh.
