Yazeed Altoaimi

Yazeed has extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and advises clients regularly in complex cross-border and domestic public and private projects and transactions. Yazeed is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.

Yazeed works closely with government stakeholders on various National Transformation Program initiatives and 2030 Vision projects, including the structuring and drafting of a number of regulations and policies.

Yazeed’s experience also includes privatization, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and Capital Markets matters as well as commercial disputes.


Mishari A. S. Alabbad

Mishari represents corporate clients and financial institutions on a variety of corporate and securities business matters, with a particular focus on the formation of and investments in investment funds and joint ventures.

Being a partner in our Capital Markets and Corporate/M&A and Real Estate practices, Mishari advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and provides general corporate counseling.


Robert Vydra

Robert Vydra is a partner in our Saudi Arabian Capital Markets practice. He has been practising in Saudi Arabia since 2007 and has worked on several dozen public and private offerings of securities. Many of the IPOs and other offerings on which Robert has worked rank among the largest and most high-profile securities offerings in the Saudi market.

Robert regularly provides advice on innovative and “first-ever” deals, such as the first Rule 144A securities offering out of Saudi Arabia, the first securities offering out of the GCC qualifying as Lower Tier II capital for regulatory purposes or the first public takeover transaction in Saudi Arabia.

Raneem Alsuhaibani

Raneem has experience advising both Saudi and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial agreements. Raneem also has experience in providing advice on government contracts and 2030 Vision projects.

May Alajlan

May is an associate with expertise in capital markets, finance and M&A.
 
She has experience with both equity capital markets, including advising Arabian Drilling Company in connection with its SAR 2.67 billion IPO on the Saudi Exchange and current representation of several issuers in connection with their initial public offerings on the Saudi Exchange, as well as debt capital markets, representing multiple issuers in connection with their Sukuk issuances, including advising Bank AlJazira on the issuance of its Tier 2 Sukuk worth SAR 2 billion. In addition, she has been involved in a range of conventional and Islamic finance transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers, including advising the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) on the funding partnership agreement, the first of its kind in the Kingdom, with the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC) to refinance a real estate portfolio owned by the REDF with a total value of SAR 10 billion. May’s experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate matters.
 
Prior to joining STAT, May worked in an international law firm. She speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and is able to draft and negotiate legal documents in both languages.


Rahaf Alaskar

Rahaf has experience in Saudi Arabia working on teams advising clients across a broad range of corporate and capital market matters. Rahaf’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, general corporate advisory as well as employment matters.


Mosab Almoqbel

Mosab is experienced in corporate matters and transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and foreign investment. Mosab is also experienced in the public sector by advising several government entities on various projects, including structuring and drafting of a number of regulations, policies, agreements and contracts.


Abdullah Alquhidan

Abdullah is a Trainee associate. He works on several corporate matters and commercial transactions, including corporate governance, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions. 

Prior to joining STAT, Abdullah worked in one of PIF subsidiaries where he had experience in legal governance & compliance, Board of Directors affaires, Aviation laws, and corporate and labor matters advisory.


Reem Almeshari

Reem is a trainee associate that has experience in assisting Saudi and international clients on corporate M&A, Equity Capital Markets transactions including direct listings, initial public offerings, and other securities offerings, as well as experience in advising procurers, lenders, sponsors and the government in relation to project finance transactions.
