Mohammed is a UK-qualified solicitor who has accumulated over 16 years of combined experience in Saudi Arabia and internationally. A former Magic Circle lawyer advised clients on a wide spectrum of commercial, corporate, M&A, FDI, policy and regulatory matters. His practice comprises a multidisciplinary approach, supporting both sovereign and private sector clients on strategic and complex cross-border matters. Bilingual in Arabic and English, he brought a commercially grounded and solutions-driven perspective to each mandate.
