Abdullah Alquhidan

Abdullah is an Associate specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions. He advises governmental entities, as well as Saudi and international corporations, on a wide range of legal matters.

He has represented companies licensed by the Capital Market Authority and the Insurance Authority on various corporate governance and general corporate issues.

Prior to joining STAT, Abdullah worked at a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary, where he advised on legal governance, board affairs, aviation law, and corporate and labor matters.

Abdullah is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.


Faisal S. Al-Awadh

Faisal is an associate specializing in corporate and commercial matters. Faisal provides counsel to both Saudi and international clients, offering expertise in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments, corporate governance, and employment related matters.

Faisal has represented several clients licensed by the Capital Market Authority and the Insurance Authority in connection with various general corporate and corporate governance matters, including the incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation of companies.

Prior to joining STAT, Faisal worked at a local law firm where he advised clients on corporate and labor matters.

Faisal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Prince Sultan University, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, along with a certificate in Business Law from the Berkeley Cetner for Law and Business.
