Abdullah Alquhidan
Abdullah, an associate specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, advises on corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. He represents governmental entities and corporations, including those licensed by the Capital Market Authority and the Insurance Authority, on a range of corporate issues.
Prior to joining STAT, he worked at a Public Investment Fund (PIF) subsidiary, advising on legal governance, board affairs, and aviation law. Abdullah is a qualified lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.
Faisal S. Al-Awadh
Faisal, an associate specializing in corporate and commercial matters, advises clients on M&A, joint ventures, and foreign investments. He has represented entities licensed by the Capital Market Authority and Insurance Authority on corporate governance, incorporation, and restructuring.
Prior to joining STAT, Faisal worked at a local law firm advising on corporate and labor law. His expertise includes counseling Saudi and international clients on complex transactions and employment-related issues.
