Robert Vydra

Robert Vydra is a partner in our Saudi Arabian Capital Markets practice. He has been practising in Saudi Arabia since 2007 and has worked on several dozen public and private offerings of securities. Many of the IPOs and other offerings on which Robert has worked rank among the largest and most high-profile securities offerings in the Saudi market.

Robert regularly provides advice on innovative and “first-ever” deals, such as the first Rule 144A securities offering out of Saudi Arabia, the first securities offering out of the GCC qualifying as Lower Tier II capital for regulatory purposes or the first public takeover transaction in Saudi Arabia.

Yasser Alkhelaiwi

Yasser Alkhelaiwi is a counsel in our Saudi Arabian Capital Markets practice. He has extensive experience in advising regional clients in the securities and equity capital markets transactions in Saudi Arabia.

In addition, Yasser’s experience also includes advising clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, governance and restructuring matters, and litigation.

Yasser is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.


Mansour Alobaidallah

Mansour is specialized in corporate and capital markets. Mansour advises and represents government stakeholders, Saudi and international clients.
 
Mansour’s practice focuses primely on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, competition, investment funds, general corporate, foreign investments, commercial disputes and employment matters. Mansour also has significant experience advising clients on real estate developments, franchises and agencies, e-commerce and logistics businesses, information technology services, corporate governance, and other commercial matters.
 
Mansour is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Saudi Arabian Bar Association.


May Alajlan

May is an associate with expertise in capital markets, finance and M&A.
 
She has experience with both equity capital markets, including advising Arabian Drilling Company in connection with its SAR 2.67 billion IPO on the Saudi Exchange and current representation of several issuers in connection with their initial public offerings on the Saudi Exchange, as well as debt capital markets, representing multiple issuers in connection with their Sukuk issuances, including advising Bank AlJazira on the issuance of its Tier 2 Sukuk worth SAR 2 billion. In addition, she has been involved in a range of conventional and Islamic finance transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers, including advising the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) on the funding partnership agreement, the first of its kind in the Kingdom, with the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC) to refinance a real estate portfolio owned by the REDF with a total value of SAR 10 billion. May’s experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate matters.
 
Prior to joining STAT, May worked in an international law firm. She speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and is able to draft and negotiate legal documents in both languages.


Nora Alouda

Nora is an associate in our Capital Markets and Corporate practices. She advises Saudi and international clients on broad array of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPO) on the Main Market and Parallel Market, rights issues and direct listings. Nora’s broad industry experience includes the oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, power, F&B and agriculture sectors.

Nora also regularly advices publicly traded companies on general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance issues, reporting obligations, and Stock Exchange and Capital Market Authority rules and regulations.


Faisal Alfuraih

Faisal is a corporate and capital markets associate. Faisal advises Saudi and international clients on corporate M&A, corporate restructuring and joint ventures, in addition to advising fund managers on the structuring, establishment and operation of public and private investment funds.


Rahaf Alaskar

Rahaf has experience in Saudi Arabia working on teams advising clients across a broad range of corporate and capital market matters. Rahaf’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, general corporate advisory as well as employment matters.


Reema Balghoneim

Reema is specialized in Capital Markets and corporate transactions, with experience in advising clients on equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, direct listings and other securities offerings.
 
Reema’s experience also includes a wide range of corporate and finance transactions including general corporate, corporate governance, and financial transactions including those conducted on an Islamic basis, for lenders and borrowers.


Sara Alrehaili

Sara is a member of STAT Law Firm’s capital markets team. She assists clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including IPO’s and equity capital markets transactions. Sara is admitted to practice in the state of New York, as she passed the NY Bar and satisfied all the admission requirements.
 
Prior to joining STAT, Sara gained international experience working as a legal intern at two legal non-profits based in Boston, where she assisted clients in various legal areas including intellectual property, contracts, real property, corporate, and employment disputes.


Saud Alshaikh

Saud is specialised in corporate and capital markets, with experience in advising issuers on equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, direct listings and other securities offerings.
 
Saud is also assisting clients on advisory work, with a focus on matters relating to corporate governance and compliance with the CMA regulations.


Reema Almadi

Reema has an experience in the Capital Market transactions and deals with all issues related to the Saudi Capital Markets Law and its implementing regulations. Reema’s experience includes preparing prospectuses and legal due diligence reports. Also, conducting legal research by utilizing various resources.


Reem Almeshari

Reem is a trainee associate that has experience in assisting Saudi and international clients on corporate M&A, Equity Capital Markets transactions including direct listings, initial public offerings, and other securities offerings, as well as experience in advising procurers, lenders, sponsors and the government in relation to project finance transactions.
