Mohammed holds an LL.B. from Prince Sultan University and specializes in civil and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory affairs. He has worked with the Saudi Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Energy, handling legal disputes and contributing to legislative matters.

He participated in drafting and reviewing key legislations, including the Civil Transactions Law and the Companies Law. He also represented these entities before various committees, including those affiliated with the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers and other governmental bodies.
