He specialises in advising on a broad spectrum of capital market transactions, with a particular focus on initial public offerings (IPOs). His work in IPOs encompasses detailed preparation and execution strategies for companies aiming to list on both the Main Market and Parallel Market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximising investor interest. Additionally, he handles rights issues and direct listings.

Saleh possesses profound industry knowledge across numerous sectors, including oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, power, food and beverage, and agriculture, thereby contributing invaluable insight and expertise to our team.
