Ruba has extensive experience advising on high-value project development and finance transactions. She has acted for government entities, private procurers, financial institutions and sponsors across sectors including infrastructure, energy, petrochemicals and transportation.

Ruba is a dual-qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia and New York. She speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
