Abdulrahman is a trainee associate in our Capital Markets practice, where he supports clients throughout the initial public offering (IPO) process. He is actively involved in drafting and reviewing prospectuses, conducting legal due diligence, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

He also has experience in regulatory matters, further strengthening his understanding of compliance frameworks.
