Omar, an associate specializing in regulatory matters, brings a wealth of experience as a former Legislation & Regulations Specialist. In this capacity, he drafted laws and regulations such as the Space Law and its explanatory note and implemented regulations for the Telecommunication and Technology Law.

He provided advisory support and represented organizations in governmental meetings, including with the Bureau of Experts in the Council of Ministers. As a Legal Researcher, he contributed to drafting the Energy Supply Law and revised multiple laws within the energy sector, bringing this expertise to STAT.
